Electrocardiogram (EKG)
A quick, painless test that checks your heart’s electrical activity. It helps us see your heart rhythm and detect any irregularities.
Echocardiogram
An ultrasound of your heart that shows how well it’s pumping and how your valves are working. It’s safe and non-invasive.
Carotid Ultrasound
Abdominal Aortic Ultrasound
An imaging test that looks at your abdominal blood vessels, often used to check for aneurysms or other issues.
Pacemaker Check/Monitoring
If you have a pacemaker, we make sure it’s working properly and the settings are just right for your heart.
LINQ Placement and Monitoring
A tiny device placed under the skin to track your heart rhythm over time. It helps us find irregular heartbeats that may not show up during short tests.
Holter or Event Monitor
A small device you wear for several days to record your heart rhythm while you go about your normal activities.
Cardioversion
A gentle electrical shock to restore your heart to a normal rhythm. This is done under sedation as an outpatient at Englewood Community Hospital.
Stress Test
We check how your heart works during exercise or simulated activity. This helps us see how well your heart handles stress and if the blood vessels to your heart might have blockages that can lead to a heart attack.
